The gap between global water supply and demand is projected to reach 40% by 2030 if current practices continue.
Impactful digital platforms, the companies of the future, have demonstrated that they are capable of :

- streamlining the economic, social and/or technological ecosystem,
- ensuring the scaling of solutions and therefore of impact,

- enhancing the value of data.

A unique programme combining collective expertise, agility, entrepreneurship and innovation through platforms,
aimed at leaders in the public and private sectors.
FOR WHOM
Leaders & decision-makers from all backgrounds and locations, with a link to the water issue: this programme is aimed at the whole ecosystem, not just the water sector. We will only welcome 6 organisations from the public and private sectors with a maximum of 2 representatives per organisation.

To seize the opportunity to act (more) and to be the driving force behind an impactful innovation project with high growth and scale potential.

HOW
The use of digital platforms as a new tool for ecosystemic innovation: the collective practical workshops will be guided by a highly specialised and proven methodology and tools for these new models. Our team of entrepreneurs will lead this collective work, combining strategy and pragmatism.

Agenda
3 days of intensive workshops, facilitated by our platform and sustainability experts.
The first two days are dedicated to strategy and the last day to operational projection: managers who are unable to stay for three days may delegate to one of their colleagues.

💧 Ecosystem analysis (stakeholders, emerging technologies, culture, trends and regulations). 💧 Profiles and identification of problems/needs of identified stakeholders. 💧 Identification of opportunities in selected areas. |
💧 Identification of the required partners (their roles and activities) in the ecosystem to build the platform. 💧 Preliminary assessment of the financial viability of the platform’s business models. |
💧 Identification of missing partners in the ecosystem for a sustainable development of the platform. 💧 Discussion of the next steps and further development options. |

We will focus on applications and user journeys according to the organisations that will join the programme; moreover, as entrepreneurs we will never start from the solution, but first from the problem to be solved. It is therefore impossible at this stage to anticipate the outcome of this collective work, and we are very confident: our methodologies and tools have proven themselves!

No obligation at the end of the programme
This programme is part of a complete methodology for creating, building and launching an impact platform; these 3 days are the 1st step: at the end of these 3 days, and once the common opportunity has been defined & calibrated, the organisations will have the possibility to withdraw to continue on their own, or to continue the programme to execute the shared project with the rest of the ecosystem.
